April 9th Clarifications

1.	Combatants must wear closed-toed footwear in order to participate on the field.
2.	No hazardous items (such as lit cigerettes, breakable glass, live steel, etc) may be taken on the field. Questions on whether an item is hazardous should be directed to the Guildmaster of Reeves or the Champion.
3.	Punch weapons are not legal for use in Dragonspine.
4.	A class test is not required for a person to go up in level.
